Your order is sold and tracked by the same contact, from payment to delivery, and then for any return or warranty request.
The price shown includes free tracked shipping, 14 days to change your mind and a 24-month commercial warranty on top of your statutory rights.
Can the strap be adjusted?
This depends on the selected strap. Some straps have an adjustable buckle, while metal straps may require removing one or more links.
To avoid damaging the watch, adjusting a metal strap can be done by a jeweler or a watchmaker.
Is shipping free and tracked?
Yes. Standard shipping is free, with no order minimum.
From dispatch, the tracking information is sent to you so you can check the progress of your delivery.
The estimated delivery time for your destination is shown in the cart before payment.
Can I return my order if it doesn’t suit me?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day after delivery to change your mind, without giving a reason.
Write to us through the contact form or the withdrawal page: we send you a prepaid return label, and the return is free.
The watch must be returned complete, with its accessories; you are refunded no later than 14 days after your request. Full details are in our refund policy.
Who handles the warranty if the watch has a problem?
LIGE Watches remains your point of contact.
Your watch comes with a 24-month commercial warranty from delivery, on top of the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
If the watch you received is defective, damaged or does not match your order, write to us with:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue;
- photos or a short video when useful.
We reply in writing; if the watch needs to be sent back, we send you a prepaid return label, and the return is free.
Is the watch water resistant?
This watch’s water resistance is shown in its specifications.
At 3 ATM (30 m) it withstands splashes, rain and hand-washing; at 5 ATM (50 m), also showering and a short swim; at 10 ATM (100 m), also swimming. Avoid using the buttons or crown when the watch is wet.

Compatibility depends on the watch model, the app used, and the version of the Android or iOS system installed on the phone.
