Right of withdrawal

This page allows customers to exercise their right of withdrawal for an order placed on LIGE Watches.
Conditions
The request must be made within 14 days starting from the day after receipt of the order.
The product must then be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal request.
Returns are free: LIGE Watches provides a prepaid return label, to be dropped off in the customer’s country.
Information to provide
To process the request, the customer must provide the following information:
- First and last name;
- Address used when placing the order;
- Order number;
- Product(s) concerned;
- Order receipt date;
- Clear confirmation of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Confirmation
After receiving the request, LIGE Watches confirms by email that the withdrawal has been registered and sends the customer a prepaid return label. The refund is made no later than 14 days after the request (see the refund policy).
