Right of withdrawal

This page allows customers to exercise their right of withdrawal for an order placed on LIGE France.
Conditions
The request must be made within 14 days of the day after receiving the order.
The product must then be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal request.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error by LIGE France or a proven product defect.
Information to provide
To process the request, the customer must provide the following information:
- First and last name;
- Address used when placing the order;
- Order number;
- Product(s) concerned ;
- Order receipt date;
- Clear confirmation of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal.
