Right of withdrawal
The consumer customer has a period of 14 days starting from the day after receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The customer does not have to justify their decision.
How to request a return?
To return a product, the customer writes to LIGE Watches via the dedicated withdrawal page or the contact form on the website.
LIGE Watches then emails the customer a prepaid return label and the steps to follow.
Return address
The return address is in the customer’s country; it is printed on the prepaid label.
Please wait for the label before sending the product: it carries the correct address.
Return fees
Returns are free for the customer: LIGE Watches provides the prepaid return label, whether the return follows a withdrawal, a defect or an order error.
Condition of the returned product
The product must be returned clean, complete, not damaged, with any accessories, its box and its protective elements when these are still available.
A damaged, broken, significantly scratched, incomplete, soiled or used product beyond simple testing may be subject to a refund deduction.
Refund
If you withdraw, LIGE Watches refunds the full amount paid no later than 14 days after the request, using the payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
If the parcel has not yet been dropped off by then, the refund is made as soon as it is; the tracking of the prepaid label is the proof.
Defective or non-compliant product received
If the product received appears to be defective, damaged or not compliant with the order, the customer must contact LIGE Watches via the contact form on the site.
The customer must indicate their order number, precisely describe the issue and attach, if possible, photographs or videos to show the defect.
LIGE Watches provides a prepaid return label. Under the legal guarantee of conformity, the customer may choose between repair and replacement of the product or, if neither is possible, a refund.
