Right of withdrawal

The consumer customer has a period of 14 days starting from the day after receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The customer does not have to justify their decision.

How to request a return?

Before any return, the customer must contact LIGE Watches via the dedicated withdrawal page or via the contact form on the website.

Return instructions are then communicated to the customer depending on the product concerned and the warehouse or supplier that processed the order.

Return address

The return address may vary depending on the product, the supplier or the shipping warehouse.

No product should be returned without prior instruction, in order to avoid shipping to the wrong address.

Return fees

The return fees related to withdrawal are borne by the customer.

When the return is due to an error by LIGE Watches or an apparent defect in the product, an appropriate solution is offered to the customer.

Condition of the returned product

The product must be returned clean, complete, not damaged, with any accessories, its box and its protective elements when these are still available.

A damaged, broken, significantly scratched, incomplete, soiled or used product beyond simple testing may be subject to a refund deduction.

Refund

After return validation, the refund is made using the same payment method as the one used for the order, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

LIGE Watches may delay the refund until the product is recovered or until receipt of proof of return shipment.

Return fees remain the customer’s responsibility in case of withdrawal, except for an error by LIGE Watches or an apparent defect in the product.

Defective or non-compliant product received

If the product received appears to be defective, damaged or not compliant with the order, the customer must contact LIGE Watches via the contact form on the site.

The customer must indicate their order number, precisely describe the issue and attach, if possible, photographs or videos to show the defect.
