General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations applicable to any order placed on the LIGE Watches online store.

The LIGE Watches online store is operated by MG Innovations, a limited liability company (EURL) with a share capital of €5,000, registered under SIREN number 888 874 740, whose registered office is located at 320 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France.

Any order placed on the website implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are primarily watches, watch accessories, and related products.

The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its product page: model name, images, price, available variations, technical specifications, and other useful information for purchasing.

Photographs are for illustrative purposes only. Slight differences in color, appearance, or finish may exist depending on the screen used, lighting, or production batch. These differences do not affect the essential characteristics of the product.

3. Ordering

The customer selects the desired products, adds them to their cart, reviews the order summary, enters their delivery information, and proceeds to payment.

Before final confirmation, the customer must verify the accuracy of the information provided, including their identity, delivery address, billing address, and the products ordered.

The order becomes final upon payment confirmation. LIGE Watches reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of fraud, attempted fraud, obvious error, unresolved prior dispute, or inability to ship.

4. Price

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding any delivery charges when they are not offered free of charge.

The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is validated.

A price decrease after the order has been placed does not entitle the customer to any refund of the difference. A price increase after the order has been placed does not change the price already paid by the customer.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

The payment methods offered are those displayed on the website at the time of the order: credit card, e-wallet, or any other payment method available in the store.

Payments are processed by secure payment providers. LIGE Watches does not store the customer's complete credit card details.

If payment is declined, the order is not validated.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

LIGE Watches works with various logistics partners and suppliers. Depending on the product ordered, shipping may be from different warehouses.

The typical delivery time is 5 to 8 business days after order processing. This delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, the carrier, peak periods, logistical checks, or exceptional events.

Unless otherwise stated before payment, the maximum delivery time is 30 calendar days from the order confirmation date.

In the event of a significant delay, the customer can contact LIGE Watches via the contact form so that an investigation can be carried out with the carrier or supplier.

If delivery does not occur within the applicable maximum timeframe, the customer may request cancellation of their order and a refund under the conditions stipulated by applicable regulations.

7. Delivery Charges

Applicable delivery charges are displayed before order confirmation.

When delivery is advertised as free, no standard delivery charges are applied.

Additional charges may apply for specific requests, particular delivery zones, or optional services clearly indicated before payment.

8. Order Receipt

Upon receipt, the customer is advised to check the condition of the package and the products.

If the package is visibly damaged, open, wet, crushed, or repackaged by the carrier, it is recommended to file a claim with the carrier, if possible, and to take photographs of the package and the products.

This recommendation facilitates the processing of a carrier claim but does not deprive the customer of their legal rights in the event of a non-conforming or damaged product.

In case of a problemUpon receipt, the customer must contact LIGE Watches via the contact form as soon as possible, attaching, if possible, photographs of the package, the shipping label, and the product in question. 9. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer customer has 14 days from the day after receiving their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

To exercise this right, the customer must clearly notify their decision via the dedicated withdrawal page or via the website's contact form.

A dedicated page is provided for this purpose.

After notifying their withdrawal, the customer has 14 days to return the product(s) in question.

Return shipping costs related to a withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error by LIGE Watches or a proven product defect.

10. Return Conditions

Before returning any item, the customer must contact LIGE Watches to receive return instructions specific to their order.

The return address may vary depending on the product, the supplier, or the warehouse that processed the order. A product returned without prior instructions may be sent to the wrong address and may not be processed correctly.

The product must be returned clean, complete, undamaged, with any accessories, its box, and protective materials when these are still available.

The customer may only handle the product to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning. In case of excessive use, damage, impact, significant scratches, breakage, signs of wear, or incomplete return, a deduction may be made from the refund.

11. Refund

In the event of a valid cancellation, LIGE Watches will refund the amounts due within 14 days of receiving notification of cancellation.

LIGE Watches may, however, postpone the refund until the product has been received or until proof of return shipment has been received.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original order, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer in the event of cancellation, except in the case of an error by LIGE Watches or a proven product defect.

12. Products excluded from return

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, products modified at the customer's request, products damaged by the customer, incomplete products, or products returned in a condition that prevents their normal resale when this damage results from excessive handling.

This exclusion does not deprive the customer of their legal guarantees in the event of non-conformity or hidden defects.

13. Legal Guarantees

The customer benefits from the applicable legal guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

These guarantees apply independently of any commercial guarantee that may be offered by LIGE Watches.

In the event of a product received that is defective, non-compliant, or unusable under normal conditions, the customer must contact LIGE Watches via the contact form, describing the problem precisely and attaching, where possible, photographs or videos demonstrating the defect.

14. LIGE Watches Commercial Warranty

In addition to the legal warranties, LIGE Watches may offer a 24-month commercial warranty on certain products sold on the website.

This commercial warranty covers only malfunctions not caused by misuse, impact, drops, breakage, oxidation, immersion, abnormal exposure to water, product modification, or unauthorized intervention.

Specifically excluded from the commercial warranty are: scratches, signs of wear, cosmetic damage, normal wear of the strap, battery degradation, broken glass, broken case, broken crown, water damage, oxidation, impact, drops, crushing, mishandling, unauthorized repair, or use contrary to the normal use of the product.

The water resistance rating indicated on some product pages does not constitute a guarantee against all water damage. A watch should not be used underwater or exposed to significant water pressure unless expressly stated on the product information sheet.

The commercial warranty may take the form of repair, replacement, credit, or refund, depending on the nature of the problem, product availability, and the most reasonable solution.

15. After-Sales Service

All after-sales service requests must be made via the website's contact form.

The customer must indicate their order number, the model in question, the nature of the problem, and attach any information necessary for analyzing the request.

No returns should be made without prior instruction from LIGE Watches.

16. Liability

LIGE Watches cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the product, use not in accordance with its intended purpose, lack of maintenance, impact, drops, unintended exposure to water, or modification of the product.

LIGE Watches shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of revenue, or intangible damages related to the use of, or inability to use, a product.

17. Personal Data

The personal data collected during the ordering process is used to process the order, ensure delivery, manage customer relations, handle after-sales service requests, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

18. Intellectual Property

The texts, images, photographs, logos, graphic elements, content, and elements of the website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, distribution, or use of the website's content is prohibited.

19. Force Majeure

LIGE Watches cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from a force majeure event or an unforeseeable and irresistible external event preventing the normal execution of the order.

20. Disputes

In case of difficulty, the customer must contact LIGE Watches via the website's contact form to seek an amicable solution.

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent courts will be determined in accordance with applicable legal rules.

21. Updates to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

LIGE Watches may modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time.

The terms and conditions applicable to an order are those in effect at the time the order is validated.
