Terms of sale

Last updated: June 16, 2026

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations applicable to any order placed on the LIGE Watches shop.

The LIGE Watches shop is operated by the company MG Innovations, EURL with a share capital of €5,000, registered under SIREN number 888 874 740, with its registered office located at 320 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France.

Any order placed on the site implies the customer’s unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are mainly watches, watch accessories, and related products.

The essential product features are shown on each product page: model name, visuals, price, available variants, technical characteristics, and useful information for the purchase.

Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Slight differences in color, rendering, or finishing may exist depending on the screen used, lighting, or manufacturing batches. These differences do not call into question the essential characteristics of the product.

3. Order

The customer selects the products of their choice, adds them to the cart, checks the order summary, enters their delivery information, and proceeds to payment.

Before final confirmation, the customer must verify the accuracy of the information provided, in particular their identity, delivery address, billing address, and ordered products.

The order becomes final after payment is confirmed. LIGE Watches reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of fraud, attempted fraud, manifest error, prior dispute that has not been resolved, or inability to ship.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the market selected by the customer. The final amount payable and any charges collected by the store are displayed before the order is confirmed.

The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

A price reduction after the order does not entitle the customer to any refund of the difference. A price increase after the order does not change the price already paid by the customer.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately at the time the order is placed.

The payment methods offered are those shown on the site at the time of the order: bank card, e-wallet, or any other payment method available in the shop.

Payments are processed by secure payment service providers. LIGE Watches does not retain the customer’s full bank card details.

If payment is declined, the order is not confirmed.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

LIGE Watches works with various logistics partners and suppliers. Depending on the product ordered, shipping may be carried out from different warehouses.

The delivery time generally observed is 5 to 8 business days after the order is processed. This timeframe may vary depending on the destination country, the carrier, periods of high activity, logistics checks, or exceptional events.

Unless otherwise indicated before payment, the maximum delivery time is set at 30 calendar days from order confirmation.

In the event of a significant delay, the customer may contact LIGE Watches via the contact form so that verification can be carried out with the carrier or supplier.

If delivery does not take place within the applicable maximum period, the customer may request cancellation of the order and a refund under the conditions set out in the applicable regulations.

7. Delivery charges

The applicable delivery charges are shown before the order is confirmed.

When delivery is advertised as free, no standard delivery fee is charged to the customer.

Additional charges may however apply in case of a specific request, a particular delivery area, or an optional service clearly indicated before payment.

8. Receipt of the order

Upon receipt, the customer is invited to check the condition of the package and the products.

If the package is visibly damaged, opened, wet, crushed, or re-packed by the carrier, it is recommended that reserves be filed with the carrier when possible and that photographs of the package and products be taken.

This recommendation helps with filing a claim with the carrier, but it does not deprive the customer of their legal rights in case of a non-conforming or damaged product.

If there is a problem upon receipt, the customer must contact LIGE Watches via the contact form as soon as possible, attaching if possible photographs of the package, the shipping label, and the product concerned.

9. Right of withdrawal

The consumer customer has 14 days from the day after receiving the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision clearly via the dedicated withdrawal page or via the site’s contact form.

A dedicated page is provided for this purpose at the bottom of the page.

After notifying their withdrawal, the customer has 14 days to return the relevant product(s).

Return shipping costs related to withdrawal are borne by the customer, unless there is an error by LIGE Watches or an established defect in the product.

10. Return conditions

Before returning any item, the customer must contact LIGE Watches in order to receive return instructions tailored to their order.

The return address may vary depending on the product, supplier, or warehouse that processed the order. A product returned without prior instructions may be sent to the wrong address and may not be processed correctly.

The product must be returned clean, complete, and undamaged, with any accessories, its box, and its protective elements if these are still available.

The customer may handle the product only to the extent necessary to check its nature, features, and proper functioning. In the event of excessive use, deterioration, impact, significant scratching, breakage, signs of wear, or an incomplete return, an amount may be withheld from the refund.

11. Refunds

In the case of a valid withdrawal, LIGE Watches refunds the amounts due within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal.

However, LIGE Watches may delay the refund until the product is recovered or until receipt of proof of return shipment.

The refund is made using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility in the event of withdrawal, unless there is an error by LIGE Watches or an established defect in the product.

The refund includes the price of the returned products as well as, where applicable, the initial standard delivery charges billed for the order. Any extra costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery are not refunded.

12. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal and depreciation

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, in particular, for goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized, as well as in the other cases provided for by the applicable regulations.

Deterioration, incompleteness, or excessive handling of a product does not, by itself, remove the right of withdrawal.

However, the consumer may be held responsible for depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the product’s nature, features, and proper functioning. An amount corresponding to the actual depreciation noted may then be applied to the refund.

13. Statutory warranties

The customer benefits from the applicable statutory warranties, in particular the statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.

These warranties apply regardless of any commercial warranty that may be offered by LIGE Watches.

In the event of a defective, non-conforming, or unusable product under normal conditions, the customer must contact LIGE Watches via the contact form, precisely describing the problem and attaching, where possible, photos or videos to help identify the defect.

14. LIGE Watches commercial warranty

In addition to statutory warranties, LIGE Watches may offer a 24-month commercial warranty on certain products sold on the site.

This commercial warranty covers only operating defects not caused by improper use, impact, dropping, breakage, oxidation, immersion, abnormal exposure to water, product modification, or unauthorized service.

The commercial warranty specifically excludes: scratches, signs of wear, cosmetic damage, normal wear of the strap, battery wear, glass breakage, case breakage, movement breakage, water-related damage, oxidation, impact, dropping, crushing, improper handling, unauthorized repair, or use contrary to the product’s normal use.

Any water resistance indicated on certain product sheets does not constitute a warranty against all water-related damage. A watch should not be used underwater or exposed to high water pressure unless this use is expressly provided for on the product sheet.

Coverage under the commercial warranty may take the form of repair, replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the nature of the problem, product availability, and the solution reasonably applicable.

15. After-sales service

Any request for after-sales service must be made via the site’s contact form.

The customer must provide their order number, the relevant model, the nature of the problem, and attach the elements useful for analyzing the request.

No return must be made without prior instructions from LIGE Watches.

16. Liability

LIGE Watches cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the product, use not in accordance with its intended purpose, failure to maintain it, impact, dropping, exposure to water not intended for, or modification of the product.

LIGE Watches cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of revenue, or non-material harm related to the use or inability to use a product.

17. Personal data

The personal data collected during the order is used to process the order, ensure delivery, manage the customer relationship, handle after-sales service requests, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

The customer can consult the site’s privacy policy to learn how their personal data is processed.

18. Intellectual property

The texts, images, photographs, logos, graphic elements, content, and elements of the site are protected by the rules applicable to intellectual property.

Any unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, distribution, or exploitation of the site content is prohibited.

19. Force majeure

LIGE Watches cannot be held responsible for a delay or failure resulting from an event of force majeure or an unforeseeable and irresistible external event preventing the normal performance of the order.

20. Disputes

In case of difficulty, the customer must contact LIGE Watches through the site’s contact form in order to seek an amicable solution.

These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the competent courts will be determined in accordance with the applicable legal rules.

21. Updates to the general terms and conditions of sale

LIGE Watches may modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time.

The terms applicable to an order are those in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
