Legal Guarantees
Products sold on LIGE Watches are covered by applicable legal guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
These guarantees apply independently of any commercial guarantee that may be offered by LIGE Watches.
Commercial Warranty
In addition to the legal guarantees, LIGE Watches may offer a 24-month commercial guarantee on certain products.
This guarantee covers malfunctions not caused by misuse of the product.
Exclusions from Commercial Warranty
The commercial guarantee does not cover:
- normal scratches and signs of wear;
- wear and tear on the strap;
- battery wear and tear ;
- Breakage of the glass, case, crown, or bracelet;
- Damage caused by impact, drops, or crushing;
- Damage related to water, humidity, oxidation, or immersion when such use is not expressly intended;
- Damage caused by improper handling;
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or openings;
- Any abnormal use or use not in accordance with the product's intended purpose.
Water Resistance
The water resistance rating indicated on some product sheets does not constitute a guarantee against all water-related damage.
A watch should not be used underwater or exposed to significant water pressure unless this use is expressly permitted on the product sheet.
Request for Customer Service
For any customer service request, the customer must contact LIGE Watches via the website's contact form, indicating their order number, the model in question, the nature of the problem, and, if possible, photos or videos of the defect.
No returns should be made without prior instruction from LIGE Watches.
Proposed Solution
After analyzing the request, LIGE Watches may offer a repair, a replacement, a credit note, or a refund, depending on the nature of the problem, product availability, and the most suitable solution.
