LIGE Watches offers delivery of orders placed on the online store.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days. After shipment, delivery generally takes 5 to 8 business days. The total estimated timeframe is therefore 5 to 10 business days from order confirmation.

This timeframe may vary depending on the product ordered, the destination country, the carrier, the shipping warehouse, periods of high activity, or exceptional events.

Unless otherwise indicated before payment, the maximum delivery time is 30 calendar days from the confirmation of the order.

Shipping

Orders may be shipped from different warehouses or logistics partners depending on the product ordered.

When several products are ordered at the same time, they may be shipped separately if that allows for faster or more appropriate delivery.

Order tracking

When a tracking number is available, it is provided to the customer so they can follow the shipment of their order.

Delivery delay

In case of an unusual delay, the customer can contact LIGE Watches through the site’s contact form.

A verification will be carried out with the relevant carrier or logistics partner.

If the delivery does not occur within the applicable maximum timeframe, the customer may request cancellation of their order and a refund under the conditions provided by the applicable regulations.

Package marked as delivered but not received

If tracking shows that the package has been delivered while the customer has not received it, the customer must check their address, mailbox, guardian, neighbors, or the pickup point possibly indicated.

If the package remains unfindable, the customer must contact LIGE Watches so that a verification request can be opened.

Damaged package

In case of a visibly damaged, opened, wet, crushed, or reconditioned package by the carrier, it is recommended to take photographs of the package, the shipping label, and the relevant product.

The customer must then contact LIGE Watches through the site’s contact form so the situation can be reviewed.
