Frequently asked questions about our LIGE Watches
Why order from LIGE Watches?
LIGE Watches is a shop run by MG Innovations, a clearly identified French company.
Your order is sold and tracked by the same contact person, from payment through to delivery, and then in case of a return or a request related to the warranty.
You also benefit from free shipping with tracking and customer service tailored to your needs.
Can the strap be adjusted?
This depends on the selected strap. Some straps have an adjustable buckle, while metal straps may require removing one or more links.
To avoid damaging the watch, adjusting a metal strap can be done by a jeweler or a watchmaker.
Is shipping free and tracked?
Yes. Standard shipping is free, with no order minimum.
From dispatch, the tracking information is sent to you so you can check the progress of your delivery.
The estimated delivery time for your destination is shown in the cart before payment.
Can I return my order if it doesn’t suit me?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know your decision to withdraw.
Before any shipment, contact our customer service or use our withdrawal form. We will provide you with the return procedure and the return address for your order.
The watch must be returned complete, with its accessories. The return conditions and any return fees are detailed in our refund policy.
Who handles the warranty if the watch has a problem?
LIGE Watches remains your point of contact.
New products benefit from the 2-year legal warranty of conformity.
If the watch you received is defective, damaged, or does not match the order, contact us with:
- your order number ;
- a description of the issue ;
- photos or a short video when that is useful.
Our team will review your request and provide you with the appropriate procedure.
No product should be returned before receiving our instructions.
Is the watch water resistant?
The water resistance level varies by model. Refer exclusively to the water-resistance indication shown in this watch’s specifications.
Splash resistance does not necessarily mean that the watch can be used in the shower, in a bath, or while swimming. Also avoid operating the buttons or crown when the watch is wet.
Are smartwatches compatible with all phones?
Compatibility depends on the watch model, the app used, and the version of the Android or iOS system installed on the phone.
For a connected watch, check the compatibility information shown in the specifications before ordering. Some features may also vary depending on the phone, the app, or the country of use.
What should I do if the product is damaged or not working properly?
Contact our customer service and include:
- your order number;
- a precise description of the issue;
- photos or a short video to show the defect.
These details will allow us to review your request and offer the appropriate solution.
